Why power matters

Power is the first thing to fade.
It's also trainable.

Strength is how much force you can produce. Power is how quickly you can produce it: getting up off the floor, catching a stumble, taking stairs with energy.

Research suggests muscle power declines earlier and faster than strength as we get older, yet most training plans barely touch it. Bell Power trains it on purpose -- with kettlebells, no jumping, no complicated equipment.

01

Build strength.

Develop the strength to carry, lift, climb and move with confidence.

02

Train with power.

Practise moving with intent and control, so your training builds more than endurance.

03

Progress with purpose.

Follow a plan that builds on what you did last week instead of guessing what to do next.

Strength for the long game.

The Bell Power method

Five sessions. One plan. Nothing to figure out.

Open your program, follow the session and focus on the work in front of you. Each week has the same shape, so you can practise, refine and build on what you did before.

Same movements. A different level of you.

The plan gives you structure. Some days you'll feel ready to push. Other days a lighter weight and cleaner technique are the better choice. Progress shows up in the trend over months, not in a number that rises every week.

What equipment do I need?

A pair of kettlebells. Women: 8-16 kg per bell. Men: 12-24 kg per bell.

Does the program adapt to me personally?

No. It's a shared structure with progression guidance. Personalised programming and individual feedback aren't included.

Will my weights go up every week?

No. You log your numbers and choose your weight based on how you feel. Progress shows up over months.

What happens after the free trial?

Unless you cancel within seven days, your membership continues at $31 a month.

Your next step starts with a plan.
