Why power matters

Power fades first. It’s also trainable.

Strength is how much force you can produce. Power is how quickly you can produce it: getting up off the floor, catching yourself on a stumble, taking stairs with energy.

Research suggests muscle power declines earlier and faster than strength as we get older, yet most plans for adults barely touch it. Bell Power trains it on purpose, with kettlebells and no jumping.

Train with a plan. Adapt to the day. Some days you push, other days a lighter weight and cleaner technique is the better choice.

Why kettlebells

Meditation for strong people.

For people who find stillness through movement, not by sitting still.

A good kettlebell swing asks for your full attention. Rhythm, breathing, timing and control pull you into the present, and the rest of the day goes quiet for a while.

Who it’s for

Built for adults 35+ who want to stay strong and capable.

  • You’re already active and want structured strength and power work.
  • You want a plan to follow, not a new workout every day.
  • You value good technique and steady progress over exhaustion.
  • You want training that fits real life.

Is it right for your level?

Bell Power is self-directed, so some training experience helps. You should be comfortable learning movements on your own and choosing sensible weights.

New to exercise or want hands-on help with the basics? Start with a qualified coach.

Good coaching starts with the details.

Getting stronger isn’t about making every workout harder. It’s about moving well, practising the fundamentals and building on what you did last time. That’s the thinking behind Bell Power.

The program gives you structure. Your consistency brings it to life.

FAQ

Good questions.

Do I need kettlebell experience?

Some training experience helps. You don’t need to be advanced, but you should be comfortable learning movements independently and choosing sensible weights. If you’re completely new to exercise, start with a qualified coach.

What equipment do I need?

A kettlebell and a clear, safe space to train.

How do I access the workouts?

Through TrainHeroic, on your phone, tablet or computer.

Do I have to do all five sessions?

There are five planned sessions with different emphases. Follow the guidance, consider your overall workload and adapt your effort. Consistency matters more than maximum effort every day.

Does the program adapt to me personally?

No. It’s a shared structure with progression guidance, and you choose the weights and effort that suit you. For personalised programming, private coaching is a better fit.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Bell Power isn’t a rehabilitation service. Check with your healthcare professional first, and don’t force any movement that causes pain.

What happens after the free trial?

Unless you cancel within the seven days, your membership continues at $31 a month. Check the TrainHeroic checkout page for exact terms.

Your next step starts with a plan.

You don’t need a new workout every day. You need a way to practise, progress and keep showing up.
